One challenge of being gluten-free and on a dairy free, mostly vegan, diet is that most milk alternatives are full of sugar. Not anymore! With the recent product launch of So Delicious unsweetened cultured coconut milk, which is Non-GMO, organic, gluten and dairy-free, we now have a cultured product with only 1 gram of sugar per serving.
